60% of sexual ssaults are not reported to the police
Victims of sexual assault are 3 times more likely to suffer from depression, 13 times more likely to abuse alcohol, 26 more times to abuse drugs and 4 times more likely to contemplate suicide.
93% of juvenile sexual assault victims know their attacker
In 2003, 9 out of 10 rape victims were female
College aged women are 4 times more likely to be sexually assaulted
1 in 6 women and 1 in 33 men will be sexually assaulted in her lifetime
